As MP for Waimakariri, I’m always looking at ways to support residents, have their voices heard and help facilitate positive outcomes. It’s important that I am across the views of Waimakariri constituents so I can accurately represent them in Parliament. Whether it’s fighting for after-hours healthcare, the Woodend Bypass, or improved phone and internet connectivity, I take a community-led approach. I try to be as accessible as possible with offices in Kaiapoi and Rangiora, and clinics in Belfast and Oxford. Waimakariri is a rapidly growing region which means roading and infrastructure will be key issues going forward. I will advocate for the good of all residents, whether long-time locals or new to the electorate, to ensure the Waimakariri remains a great place to live, work and play.
